1. Click on the 'Want to join' button on the right hand side of the Welcome page.
2. Fill in your details including the name of the group you want to create and click on 'register'.
3. This takes you to the 'my groups' page of the site. You can now enter the names and e-mail addresses of the friends you would like to join your group. Then click on 'add'.
4. The system will confirm 'new babysitter added to group'. You need to repeat this process for all of the friends you want to invite to join your group.
5. If you want to be able to send babysitting requests to your group via text message, you need to text 'REGISTER' to 80130 to initiate this service.
6. All of your friends will receive an e-mail inviting them to your group and instructing them to log onto www.thebabybank.com using their e-mail address and a temporary password which is provided in the e-mail.
7. You are now ready to make babysitting requests and accept your friends’ requests. You can also create new groups if you want to.

b) Someone has invited you to become a member of their group

1. Enter your e-mail address in the Member log-in area of the Welcome Page and then enter the temporary password provided in the e-mail you were sent welcoming you to The Baby Bank. Then click on 'logon'
2. If you have lost the e-mail and can't remember the password, just click on 'forgotten your password' and the password will be re-sent to you by e-mail.
3. You then need to fill in all your details and change the password. Then click on 'update and activate account'
4. If you want to be able to send babysitting requests to your group via text message, you need to send ‘REGISTER’ to 80130 to initiate this service.
5. You are now ready to make babysitting requests and accept your friends’ requests. You can also create new groups if you want to.
